As I learned more about Intellectual Property Rights, I realized that it was more than just a profession—it was my calling. I became deeply interested in protecting creativity, helping entrepreneurs safeguard their brands, and enabling businesses to build their identities with confidence.

This realization led me to make one of the most important decisions of my life: pursuing an LL.B. and formally entering the legal profession, despite the financial challenges that came with it.

During those difficult years, my husband, Mr. Mehmood Khan, stood beside me as my strongest pillar of support. He believed in my potential when the path ahead was uncertain, supported my education, encouraged me through every challenge, and never allowed me to feel alone in the struggle.

But there is another group of people whose contribution to my journey can never be forgotten—my clients.

They trusted me when I was still building my career. They gave me opportunities, entrusted me with their matters, referred me to others, and allowed me to grow through their confidence in my work. Their trust became the foundation upon which everything that followed was built.

What began as a small step in 2014 has today grown into Starway Legal Private Limited, an organization built on the values of hard work, honesty, integrity, and excellence.

What makes this journey even more meaningful is that it has come full circle. The same person who stood beside me during the most challenging phase of my life, Mr. Mehmood Khan, is now a Director of Starway Legal Private Limited, working alongside me with the same passion and vision with which this journey began.

Today, Advocate Mubina Khan represents clients in matters relating to Civil Law and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), including property disputes, agreement drafting, brand protection, trademark registration, and copyright matters. My approach is driven by a commitment to understand every client’s needs, provide practical legal solutions, and protect what matters most to them.

For me, Starway Legal is not simply a law firm. It is the result of a journey built on dreams, perseverance, support, and—above all—the trust of people.

From a modest beginning to becoming the Managing Director of my own legal company, this journey has taught me that circumstances may determine where you begin, but dedication, education, courage, and belief can determine how far you go.

Today, our mission remains simple: to serve every client with honesty, protect their interests with dedication, and provide solutions that empower them to move forward with confidence.
